Straightforward, quick build
Once on site, the erection of the frame is straightforward and quicker than with a traditional masonry build. All of Potton’s erectors are approved by the STA (Structural Timber Association) meeting quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Potton’s closed-panel timber frames, are built with optimal insulation for thermal performance and designed to help reduce thermal bridging. Their structural insulated panels (SIPs) are ideal if you aspire to Passivhaus standard and their Elsworth show home is an excellent example of this.
