A new location for business in Bicester

Graven Hill will be one of the area’s leading commercial sites.

Part of the wider Graven Hill development has been set aside for one million square feet of commercial land. This has the potential to create an ideal base for business and hundreds of jobs and training opportunities for local people.

This fantastic opportunity is already attracting attention. For further information about our commercial land please contact us.

Creating a vibrant village centre

Construction of the Village Centre started in early 2017. This area will be the main community hub of the development.

There are plans subject to market demand for a cafe, local shops, a pub and a pre-school nursery. Premises suitable for small businesses will also be available in this area of the site, providing opportunities for local entrepreneurs to be part of the new Graven Hill community.
