The early bird scheme allows you to reserve selected plots before they are released for sale.
We’ll provide you with a guide price, location and property specification of the home. To make an early bird reservation you pay a refundable £150 to secure your plot. When your chosen plot is released for sale you will be contacted by the sales team. You then have 24 hours to be the first in line to reserve. If you don’t wish to proceed you will be refunded the £150. But if you do you can now continue to make an official reservation and start the process of buying your new home.

Step 1 – Find a home you like which is available to reserve as part of the early bird scheme.
Step 2 – Pay £150 to complete your early bird reservation.
Step 3 – Once your home is released we will get in touch with you to let you know. You will then have 24 hours to decide whether you wish to proceed with the full reservation.
Step 4 – If you don’t wish to proceed the £150 will be refunded back to you. If you do wish to proceed you will then pay a further £850 to make the full reservation fee of £1000 to officially reserve you new home.
Step 5 – You will then continue the sales process.
To make an early bird reservation you will have to be in a proceedable position at the point of reservation. This means your home has to be under offer with a complete chain, have the funds to proceed without selling or be able to obtain a decision in principle.
