Step 3 — We’ll make you an offer and agree the sale price for your home
Step 4 — Once you have accepted our offer, we’ll buy your current home and take it in Part Exchange through Move with Us
Step 5 — Time to move into your brand new home at Graven Hill. Once your Custom Build New Home is ready, you move in and leave the selling of your home to us!

What is the criteria for Part Exchange?

  • Your existing home must be in good condition and suitable for Graven Hill
  • The value of your home will normally have around 70-75% of the value of your new home, anything above this may not allow a Part Exchange
  • Your property must have a minimum term left on the lease (around 80 years, where applicable)
  • Your property’s location and sale ability will also be taken into account and Graven Hill is under no obligation to accept your property under the Part Exchange scheme
  • We reserve the right to refuse your property under the scheme and acceptance is at Graven Hill’s sole discretion
  • You cannot use Help to Buy when buying your home through the Part Exchange scheme
