From 25 June 2026, as a thank you, we would like to offer £2,500 for every ‘Refer-a-Friend’ referral we receive who then goes on to exchange on their Self-Build plot or Custom or New Home with us. As a bonus, your referee will receive £2,500 too!

There’s no limit to the number of friends you can tell about us, so feel free to tell as many people as you like.

This offer is available on homes sold by Graven Hill Village Development Company Ltd only.

Valid on referrals made after 25 June 2026 to 30 September 2026, referrals made prior to this date are excluded.

Submission of the referral form either online or in-person entitles the referee and the named referrer to £2,500 each, which will be paid once the nominated friend or family member has exchanged on either their Golden Brick foundations, their Custom Home or their New Home.

Recommendations must be identified on the referee’s first encounter with the Graven Hill Sales team. Only one voucher may be used per home purchase, there is no limit to the number of referees referrers can tell about this offer.

Third party agencies are excluded from this offer. This offer is valid to participants over the age of 18 only.

Payment will be made via bank transfer. Please allow up to 4 weeks for payment.

Graven Hill may withdraw from this offer at any time, claims will still be honoured if submitted within 4 weeks from the date of withdrawal.
