Self-build is one of the most popular options at Graven Hill and demand for the new plots is already high. Prices range from £235,000 to £265,000, and all plots are available on the new Help to Build scheme, which allows buyers to pay a deposit as low as 5% and benefit from a Government-backed equity loan, much like Help to Buy.

For those dreaming of a personalised home without the commitment of a self-build, we’ll also be launching a range of new and custom build homes very soon. The earlier on in the build process these are purchased, the more customisation options buyers will have, from layout to fixtures and fittings.
