For the first time, Graven Hill is introducing an Early Bird Scheme, giving you exclusive access to a small number of highly anticipated plots before they are released to the wider market. It’s a simple idea designed to give you a head start – and peace of mind – when planning your next move.
A Smarter Way to Secure Your Home
With demand continuing to grow at Graven Hill, we know how important it is to stay ahead of the queue. The Early Bird Scheme allows you to register your interest in selected plots before full launch, with priority access when reservations officially open.
For a fully refundable fee of £150, you can secure your Early Bird position on one of the available homes. When your chosen plot is released, you’ll be the first person we contact – and you’ll have 24 hours to decide whether to proceed.
If it’s right for you, you can complete your reservation. If not, your £150 is returned in full – no pressure, no risk.
Available Early Bird Scheme Plots
A limited selection of plots are currently available through the scheme, including:
- Plot 456: 2-bedroom detached home, launching May 2026, anticipated completion November 2026, guide price £425,000.
- Plot 570: 4-bedroom home with layout choice, launching May 2026, anticipated completion November 2026, guide price £650,000.
- Plot 441: 2-bedroom detached home, launching July 2026, anticipated completion February 2027, guide price £425,000.
- Plot 429: 5-bedroom detached home with layout choice, launching June 2026, anticipated completion January 2027, guide price £750,000.
Each Early Bird Scheme reservation also includes detailed information to help you make an informed decision, including floor plans, specifications and a site map showing exactly where your home will sit within the development.
The Process is Designed to be Straightforward:

⬇️ Pay a £150 refundable fee to secure your position
⬇️ When the plot launches, you’ll be contacted immediately
⬇️ You’ll have 24 hours to confirm and complete your reservation (with a further £850 to make up the full £1,000 reservation fee)
⬇️ Our Sales team will then guide you through the next steps
To take part, you’ll need to be in a proceedable position at the point your plot is released – meaning your current home is under offer, you have funds in place, or you have a decision in principle.
