Job Title: Sales Advisor – New & Custom Homes
Location: Bicester
Salary: Competitive + Commission
Working Hours: 37.5 hour week, Thursday to Monday (negotiable)

The Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Advisor to join our team and drive sales across this exciting and unique development. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where you’ll help customers take the next step towards buying their dream home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert sales enquiries into reservations
- Proactively generate and follow up leads from phone, email, walk-ins and events
- Deliver strong sales performance, working to and exceeding monthly targets
- Provide in-depth knowledge of available homes and development phases
- Support customers through the entire buying journey – from initial enquiry to exchange and completion
- Coordinate with internal and external teams (legal, construction, customer care) to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain a well-presented sales suite and keep accurate sales records.
- Keep up to date with competitor activity, local market trends and product knowledge
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within new homes or residential property
- Target-driven with a proven ability to exceed sales goals and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Enthusiastic and personable, with a professional and proactive approach
- Able to work weekends and bank holidays (with days off during the week)
- Full UK driving licence preferred
