Customer notice and update regarding COVID-19 • 17 June 2020

Since closing our site on 27 March, we have extensively reviewed guidance from both the Construction Leadership Council and Public Health England to develop new protocols that incorporate the necessary protect measures for our contractors to safely return to site. As of Monday 11 May, we have resumed limited construction works.

For the time being, our head office at The Plot Shop remains closed but our Marketing Suite will reopen (by appointment only) on Tuesday 23 June and the Sales team are readily available for emails and virtual calls, and we are now taking bookings for appointments for house and plot location viewings.

Our Marketing Suite will be open by appointment only from Tuesday 23 June. The team will be available 7 days a week between 10am to 5pm on Monday to Friday and 10am to 4pm, Saturday and Sunday. We encourage that you make the most of our virtual site tour and explore our virtual home tours before making an appointment in person.

We are doing our best to continue to offer the high level of service that you have come to expect. Our team are still responding to customer enquiries and logging, monitoring and managing these as promptly as possible. We will be ensuring that urgent works are allocated to the relevant parties but at this stage, we are unable to provide specific dates for non-essential works until more clarity from Government is released.

In the event of an emergency, if you are currently living in one of our Custom Build New Homes, please contact NPA as normal to log your query. If you are a Bromford Housing Associate resident, please contact Bromford as normal.

We are still able to send out emergency plumbers and electricians for essential works, but all non-emergency defects and issues will be tended to according to current government guidance.
