Customer notice and update • 5 January 2021
In light of new lockdown rules come into effect on Tuesday 5 January, we are pleased to say that the housing industry remains open.
For the time being, our head office at The Plot Shop will remain closed to the public but our Marketing Suite will be open as usual, with secure procedures in place to protect both our team and customers.
If you would like to come and see us during the lockdown, please bear in mind that only essential travel is advised and that all visits are being carried out by appointment only.
The team will only be able to carry out viewings with customers who are in a proceedable position (e.g. do not have anything to sell or have sold their current property).
We would like to take the time to thank you for your patience during this time, and actively encourage you to make use of our virtual site tour and additional online tools before making a in-person appointment. Our Sales team are still readily available for virtual appointments to discuss your requirements.
