We are pleased to announce that our Marketing Suite will be open from 23 June and the team will be available for house and plot location viewings.

As we adjust to a ‘new normal’ and to ensure the safety of our colleagues, customers and residents, we’ve put a number of steps in place to ensure that you can continue to search for your dream home safely.

We recommend that all customers make the most of our virtual tours before following up with an appointment in person.

Our Marketing Suite will be open by appointment only from Tuesday 23 June. The team will be available 7 days a week between 10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and 10am to 4pm, Saturday and Sunday. Make an appointment here.

Appointments are currently strictly by advance booking only, so please get in touch to avoid missing out. An appointment can be made online via our website or email, or by phone on 01869 390 009.

Once you have made an appointment, our new visiting process will be as follows:

  • A member of the Sales team will call ahead to confirm
  • When you arrive, please wait in your vehicle until your appointment time
  • You will be taken to the property and hand santiser will be provided upon your arrival
  • Social distancing of at least 2m will be maintained throughout your viewing
  • Every Custom Build New Home will be cleaned thoroughly before and after your visit

Each appointment will be followed up to confirm that no one in the viewing party has subsequently been diagnosed with COVID-19, or is isolating because they have suspected symptoms.

If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, we hope you understand that we would prefer not to meet face-to-face right now. As an alternative, the team is readily available for virtual calls and tours. We have a number of walkthrough tours of our Custom Build New Homes available, as well as a fantastic 360 virtual tour of the site.
