Join us on the evening of 14 March for Self-Build for All, a seminar on how to take the first steps of your Self-Build journey.
Hosted at Perch in Bicester, just next to the Plot Shop in Pioneer Square, the event will include a self-build masterclass followed by the opportunity to speak to industry experts.
We’ll cover a range of topics and will aim to answer all the questions you may have as you embark on your first self-build project, including:

- How to finance your self-build project
- Working with an architect to design your home
- Different build systems available
- Different options available at Graven Hill
- The next steps of your self-build project
We will also be clarifying Graven Hill and self-build jargon, so you’ll come away from the event knowing all about Passivhaus, Golden Brick and plot passports.
Industry experts will include; self-build mortgage specialists, Buildstore, custom build home suppliers, Dan-Wood and architects, lapd Architects.
