A skilled Development Liaison Manager is required to join a pioneering, nationally-acclaimed large-scale self and custom-build housing development scheme in Bicester, Oxfordshire.

This ground-breaking development will ultimately create up to 2,000 jobs and apprenticeships, resulting in significant inward investment and growth for the local economy.

The Graven Hill Village Development Company, as an independent entity, will, in 2017, move into a more exciting, complex and rapidly evolving stage of development which will see increased activity on the ground, with sales of individual plots to private buyers, through to enabling and delivering numerous infrastructure projects.

The in-house team will need to be bolstered and provided with the optimum range of skills to ensure delivery happens on sound financial and commercial foundations. To date the development management support/advice/guidance has come from a combination of external consultants, a service level agreement with the Council’s Build! team and the Operations Director’s experience.
