Customer notice and update regarding COVID-19
As we continue to monitor the current situation, we want keep you up to date on how we are working to follow government guidelines to limit the spread of the coronavirus.
The health and safety of our customers, colleagues and residents continues to be a high priority for us. As such, if you are planning to visit us, we ask that you make an appointment with the Sales team ahead of time as visits to our Marketing Suite are now by appointment only.
If you are currently experiencing symptoms such as a cough or high temperature or are self-isolating due to a family member showing symptoms, we hope you understand that we would prefer not to meet with you face-to-face at this time. However, we would also like to reassure you that our Sales team is still readily available by phone and email to assist you with finding your dream home at Graven Hill.
We are doing our best to continue to offer the high level of service that you expect, while also committing to protect the health and wellbeing of everyone who visits and works with us.
