Managing director, Karen Curtin, gives an update on what’s been going at Graven Hill and reflects back on a great summer.

Karen Curtin - Managing Director of Graven Hill

It’s hard to believe that summer has come to an end, but here at Graven Hill we’re still as busy as ever and excited to see the development begin to take on its character. As well as enjoying the beautiful weather this summer, we’ve also enjoyed seeing the amazing progress made by our self-builders and showcasing the development to others, including a ministerial visit in September.

With 20 households now living on the site, the Graven Hill community is taking shape. We can now show our custom homes, completed self-build plots and affordable shared ownership or rental properties. We can’t wait to see what the remainder of the year has in store and you can follow the progress on our website and social media channels.

The new Graven Hill newsletter

In October’s newsletter, you will learn more about the upcoming events taking place in the final months of 2018, including our new ‘Refer-a-Friend’ scheme, which launches on 15 October, and our November Showcase, which will be available to book from 17 October. You can also read more about our site progress over the summer, as well as our new Tailored Finish homes and discounts available. There is also the recent launch of the Graven Hill Apartments and how you can join the growing self-build community on one of our most desirable locations, The Crescent.
