We had a fun afternoon at site last Friday as we welcomed MSc Real Estate students from Oxford Brookes University.
It was an absolute delight to give the students a tour of the site and show them how the site has progressed within the last year.
As part of our tour, we aimed to give the students a clear picture of how self-build works at Graven Hill, as well as an understanding of how our different products fit together.
Of the development, Planning & Development lecturer, Ian Hembrow said;
“What a difference a year makes! There was already a genuine feeling of community starting to develop, which must have something to do with the personal energy and stake that self-builders bring.”
