We are thrilled to finally announce that Graven Hill will be featured as part of a special Grand Designs series.
From Thursday 4 April, Grand Designs: The Street will showcase the first 10 self-builders at Graven Hill as they construct their individual homes.
Set to take place over six episodes, the series will explore how self-build can be for everyone — whether you’re retiring, a first-time buyer, upsizing or downsizing. Kevin McCloud will celebrate the creativity and design freedom the self-builders have, the forward-thinking planning process available through Cherwell District Council and explore the challenges and flourishing community spirit.
