In light of expected guidelines surrounding COVID-19, Grand Designs Live, which was due to take place from 2-10 May in London, has now been rescheduled to take place from 22 to 31 August.

While the postponement is disappointing, organisers, Media 10, believe it to be the sensible course of action given the circumstances. The health and safety of visitors, exhibitors, clients and staff is paramount.

Richard Morey, Director at Media 10 stated “Media 10 continues to monitor the advice from the government and the World Health Organisation, but we believe that the new event dates will ensure the delivery of a successful show. We have not taken this decision lightly, but we have the well-being of all those involved in this event at the forefront of our thoughts and plans.

Tickets that have already been booked will still be valid for the new date. Alternatively, they can be used for the Birmingham show taking place at The NEC on 7-11 October, or at the London 2021 show.

The show will boast a range of new exhibitors and features, as well as all popular favourites, with design guru and TV broadcaster, Kevin McCloud leading the event. From renovation, building a new home, redecorating a room, installing a new kitchen or simply looking for ideas, Grand Designs Live offers visitors the opportunity to learn about the world of interiors, design and self‐build. Covering Build, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Gardens and Interiors the show will offer access to amazing brands launching new products, talks live from industry experts and homewares not yet available on the high street.
