Announced at our Self-Build Made Simple event on 10 March, between 3 April to 11 May 2018, Cherwell District Council will be running a £2.5m pilot mortgage scheme that will support local people in accessing a self-build mortgage on selected plots here at Graven Hill.
The scheme is available for up to five people living in the Cherwell district and will support them with just a 5% deposit. Priding themselves on exploring new and innovative solutions, Cherwell are taking proactive steps to help people realise their dream home.
